Tharman Shanmugaratnam is a Singaporean politician and economist who has been the current and ninth President of Singapore since 2023 after winning the 2023 presidential election.

Among the executive branch officeholders in the order of precedence, the position ranks after the prime minister and the deputy prime minister.
