Barzan Ibrahim al-Tikriti, Iraqi intelligence officer (born 1951)

Barzan Ibrahim Hassan al-Tikriti, also known as Barzan Hassan, was an Iraqi politician, diplomat and intelligence officer. He was one of three half-brothers of Saddam Hussein and served as the leader of the Mukhabarat, the Iraqi intelligence service.
