Federico Santiago Valverde Dipetta is a Uruguayan professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for La Liga club Real Madrid and captains the Uruguay national team. Considered one of the best midfielders in the world, mainly a central-midfielder, he is also able to play as a defensive-midfielder, and occasionally a right-back.
