José S. Palma, Filipino archbishop

José Serofia Palma is a Filipino prelate and a professed member of the Dominican Order who served as Metropolitan Archbishop of Cebu from 2011 to 2025. He had previously served as Metropolitan Archbishop of Palo in Leyte from 2006 to 2010, and as president of the Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines from 2011 to 2013.
