Christian feast day: Mamertinus of Auxerre

Saint Mamertinus of Auxerre was a monk and abbot. He was converted by Germanus of Auxerre and became a monk at the Abbey of Saints Cosmas and Damian, Auxerre. He later served as its abbot.
