Empress Dowager Xiao (Shizong)

Empress Dowager Xiao, formally Empress Rouzhen (柔貞皇后), was an empress dowager of the Khitan-led Chinese Liao dynasty. She was a concubine of Yelü Bei and the mother of Emperor Shizong.
