Ozias Leduc, Canadian painter and educator (died 1955)

Ozias Leduc is one of Quebec's early painters. He was born in Saint-Hilaire-de-Rouville. Leduc produced many portraits and landscapes. Laurier Lacroix says that he was the first Canadian artist who can be seen as a philosopher as well as a painter.
